IN GAME RULES

Abusing bugs/glitches. Make sure to report them so they can be fixed. 
•Taking advantage of (exploiting) any flaw in the system to gain advantages for yourself or others will result in anything from a temporary ban to a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the incident.

•Duping, or using an exploit to duplicate items will also result in permanent ban. Being in possession of a duped/hacked item will also result in consequences, however this will be dealt with on a case to case basis.

Discriminating, insulting and flaming other players.
Threatening
•Proclaiming you're a friend of a Game Master that will ban anyone you tell him to will get you banned. Saying things similar to this: "My GM friend will ban you!" is not tolerated behavior, and will therefore result in a warning/ban.

Harassment
•If you harass other players, you will AT LEAST be muted. Depending on the severity of the act you may be suspended, or permanently banned. Harassment usually involves repeatedly bothering a player with inappropriate behavior, attempting to bypass their efforts to ignore you, and so on. Other forms of harassment (such as sexual) will be considered harassment on the first offense.

•If reporting harassment, include full conversations as well as NON EDITED screenshots. Please also note that constantly spamming and insulting staff will result in a ban.

Language
•Inappropriate language will get you muted. If you keep on going despite the warnings you will be banned.

Inappropriate names
•Bypass of the name filter, aka having an inappropriate name, will result in a force name change. If this is not done, it will result in permanent ban of the account. This includes: Guild names & Character names.

Disrespect
•Disrespect towards staff members and regular players will result in a mute, and if violation continues a ban. Please show respect to our staff and players. Especially the employees as their working hard to make your gaming experience better every day. Disrespect towards members and staff members will NOT be tolerated.



Impersonating a Game Master/Administrator, even as a joke.
•Pretending to be a Game Master or any member of Insanity staff, or trying to fish out users passwords will result in a permanent ban.

Advertising other Flyff related game or site.
•As a player of InsanityFlyff you're not allowed to advertise for other websites and private servers when playing or visiting our services. Advertising to other servers, scamming sites and in general all types of websites not related to InsanityFlyff may result in a ban depending on the situation. Advertising private server networks and scamming sides WILL result in a immediately permanent ban.

Stealing Kills or Drops.
•Kill stealing may result in a warning. If violation continues it will result in a temporary ban or a permanent ban depending on the situation. We find it unacceptable going around stealing other people monsters / drops, especially AOE's. KSing/Drop stealing is allowed on PK. All reports done based on those channels will be void.


Spamming/flooding general chat/private chat/Mail.
•Spamming members and staff may result in a mute depending on the severity of your act. Constantly spamming other members/staff will also NOT be tolerated. This also includes but not limited to private chatting, shouting and chatbox chatting. Of continued, can result in a temporary ban.


Begging
•Begging is not bannable itself (Unless you beg Insanity Staff for items/penya then it will become bannable.), but if it develops into spamming it may result in a mute. Please show respect towards other members, and accept a no if that's what you get.

AFK Farming/Looting
•Farming monster while not at your computer for their drops or exp either via a stuck down keyboard button or a macro not only means you are taking monsters away from other players, but you are also ruining the economy.
•Also the looting of drops whilst being not at your computer is not allowed.


Scamming
•Scamming is not tolerated at ProjectXFlyff. Any attempt of scamming may result in a permanent ban from all of our services. With this in mind, if you fail to confirm the amount of Penya you are getting in a trade, or fail to ensure that you are getting the correct item, that is entirely your fault. So be smart, careful, count your zeroes, and verify trade items. Never give items/Penya to a player in a single sided trade in the hopes they will re-trade with you on another character or give it back to you at a later time. There are numerous fail safes in place to prevent being scammed.
•Shop scams also exist. ex. Giving a fake price on the shop title while on the real price a perin is added is prohibited.


Trading/selling/buying accounts.
•Any attempt to sell items/accounts/characters and penya on other private servers for items/accounts/characters and penya at InsanityFlyff is considered violation our rules and may therefore result in a ban depending on the situation. You might be warned the first time, if the violation continues you will received a permanent ban at our service. This applies to the other way around as well.


Selling (or buying/trading) Penya/Items/Accounts for Real World Money.
Doing so is an act of theft against the proprieter of Insanity flyff and the staff that have helped create, support and maintain the server therefore is considered a major abuse of our time and effort and will result in a permanent ban.


Hacks/3rd Party Programs.
Hacking
•Any attempts to hack or crash the server, obtain user passwords, or use a third party program to obtain advantages in the game will result in a permanent ban.

Duping
•Duping, or using an exploit to duplicate items will also result in permanent ban. Being in possession of a duped/hacked item will also result in consequences, however this will be dealt with on a case to case basis.



False Reporting
•Reporting a player for something he did not do will result in anything from a temporary ban to a permanent ban, depending on the severity of the incident. This is counted as harassment. Make sure your report captures are clean and not edited.
